Honesdale PA is a small town in northeast PA largely unprepared for effects of shale gas drilling, especially the expected frack truck traffic and accumulation of diesel exhaust fumes in Honesdale valley. We call for preparation and planning to protect Honesdale in several areas including zoning before drilling starts in late Summer 2011.
