Proposition B, the PUPPY MILL CRUELTY PREVENTION ACT was passed by the majority of registered voters in Missouri in November of 2010.  This Ballot initiative was undertaken after years of trying unsuccessfully to persuade the legislators in Missouri to take action againt the cruel LEGAL and ILLEGAL puppy mills in Missouri!  MISSOURI VOTERS!!!!!! CALL GOVERNOR NIXON at 573-751 3222 AND email at consrv@mo.gov     Urge Governor Nixon to VETO any attempt to modify or repeal Proposition B!  The Missouri Senate and House of Representatives have introduced several Senate and House Bills to try to completely destroy Proposition B! We cannot allow this to happen! The senators and representatives of these puppy mill owners will be responsible for the continuing torture of millions of innocent dogs if we do not take action!
