Arizona State University recently blocked students' and staff's internet access to Change.org after a group of students started a petition to lower tuition. While this is lawful, it is stifling to the students, preventing them from signing this OR any other petition. The students pay for these services and deserve to be able to exercise their First Amendment rights!
