I am disturbed that CCC has put Fluoride into our drinking water without asking if people actually want it. Governments have no mandate to mass medicate a population. Children who have no say in this matter are the most affected by the known serious side effects which this council has ignored.

Fluoride was first used in concentration camps to "calm the masses" and keep people docile. It is more toxic than lead and almost as toxic as arsenic. Research has shown its serious side effects. In minute doses it bio accumulates and as a neurotoxin affects brain development (see Harvard Study Finds Fluoride Lowers IQ). Flurosis is the first sign of fluoride poisoning, making bones more fragile, lowering IQ and contributing to bone cancer. NRC (2006) findings report that fluorides have the ability to interfere with functions of the brain as it readily crosses the placenta and exposure to a susceptible developing brain can lead to permanent damage. Once in the water there is no way of controlling individual dosage. Most children under three are getting an overdose of the toxin via their drinking water. 

 Research has shown that fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland which is responsible for producing melatonin (the hormone which helps us sleep), the pineal become hard and calcified and unable to produce sufficient melatonin.

For corporate vested interests this is a cheap way of getting rid of their industrial waste. Fluoride is a waste product of the aluminium industry, it cannot be dumped  into our rivers and oceans because it is considered a toxic waste and yet it is added to our drinking water!  Much of Europe has banned this unnecessary harmful practice as well as  200 municipalities in US. 

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) scientists concluded after studying all evidence that public water supply should not be used as "a vehicle for disseminating a toxic and prophylactically useless substance.."

 It is a very questionable and potentially harmful practice which we, the undersigned, would like retracted immediately. Everyone would not have to buy expensive water filters, our childrens' brains will not be damaged, we could sleep better and remember names and phone numbers again.
