New Economic Development plan for Kittitas County, WA includes several strategy recommendations that could be of great benefit to Downtown Ellensburg including: “Investigate feasibility of a downtown incubator for professional services firms. The creation of an incubator could serve as a catalyst for the growth of professional services in the region.
