See AllPune City as a pilot project
from

When I look at the City I live in I see the lacunae in how the city is managed, in how the City lives.
Every citizen is living micro-contributions towards sustaining the city as well as adding the negative loads on the city.
I am interested in how every citizen can be reached with a shared overview of the city in such a way as to successfully invite willing co-operation towards reducing his personal micro-contributions to negativities.
4.5 million citizens of Pune live individual and team roles inefficiently and make it what it is - a polluted city with congested roads and fragmented communities not in sufficient compassionate contact with each other. The same 4.5 million people can take individual corrective steps in their individual and team roles and make it a pilot-project model city of the new millennium. Thus it is written. Thus it shall be accomplished. Win a City - Win the Planet.
A Giant Step.

Despite contrary belief, this world is not "a land of plenty".
One: We need to teach people how to grow food, rather than give them food. Two: We have to make use of the resources that are naturally around us and use them wisely. If we take these two steps, they will be two giant steps to sustaining a hungry population.
Scarcity of Natural Resources

Resources are scarce and public awareness of sustainability is very low. It is imperative that we conserve our resources and adopt new standards to become more environmentally conscious and friendly.

Handing out food is sometimes necessary, but it's not going to fix the problem in the long run!
"Poverty" Rural - Urban
from

Economic growth is must to overcome poverty. For economic growth generation of source of income must be first priority. Major population of the world live in rural villages estimated 55% in developed countries and 70% in develping countries, some more and in some countries is less. Among these rural population 60% or more has less land or no land. Majority of those having small land is because of land division among increased number of family. If father / mother have one land that is divided among all children so this small land is not enough to make as source of income. In many cases the lands are less fertile that does not give enough earnings to support family so opted for agricultural employment. That employment became as support. This partial agricultural employment has been taken over by automation so the scope of employment has reduced. Further to this farmers have been growing their traditions crops since age old which has high competition.
