Mission
AFBH formed in 1997 provides funding for ongoing and innovative projects that develop new services or improve their delivery and supports studies that produce long-lasting benefits.
Programs
Eric Gilbertson Advocacy Institute for Behavioral Health, a 6 session training for consumers, family members, and community providers to learn about he behavioral health system. The goal is to train individuals to be advocates at various levels of the system--individual advocacy, system advocacy, etc. We have hosted 2 sessions and 32 individuals have completed the training.
