Mission
The Appropriate Infrastructure Development Group (AIDG) seeks to promote the use of intermediate technologies in underserved regions of developing countries through a combination of education, outreach and direct financing. It trains and equips workshops in infrastructure poor areas to produce solutions for problems of heating, cooking, water treatment, transportation, building, irrigation and energy production, using local materials, local labor at a cost affordable to the local community.
Programs
The AIDG is establishing its first workshop in the Guatemalan highlands.
