We believe in justice without borders!

Published July 18, 2008 @ 12:36PM PT

This week, we celebrate the ten year anniversary of the treaty establishing the International Criminal Court (ICC). The treaty is groundbreaking because it established for the first time in history a permanent court to investigate individuals accused of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community. Today, 107 countries around the world have joined the Court.

On Monday, the ICC Prosecutor requested a warrant for Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmad al Bashir, alleging that Bashir bears criminal responsibility for 10 counts of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Darfur. In recognition of International Justice Day this year, we invite you to watch AIUSA's film Justice Without Borders and find or organize an International Justice Day event in your community.

To bad that the American Family court silencing of the abuse of the American children is not Amnesty concern. To bad Jessica Gonzales had to go to an Intra National Americans Human Rights court after denied justice in the American Judicial system after her 3 America abused toddlers were murdered while she was on the phone begging the American police for help for 12 hours and they would not respond. And this American Battered women of these 3 American murder, abused toddlers represents ,sadly, 10's of 1000's and the number growing everyday while American Family Courts turn the children over to batterers at 75% rate in America while no international organization stands up for them because Americans are only ask for "money" . The Intra American Human Rights Court Affirmed a Failure to Protect. Maybe it's time these American battered women and there abused defenseless children make Amnesty list to stop the Human Rights violation in America? What about us? Where will you be when we die? You would they world but many of us called we were told Amnesty doesn't help inside America. When Amnesty help break this silence of these American human rights victoms or do we just die in silence?

Justice and equality for all is paramount. It's in the interest of the voiceless to bring all perpetrators of crimes against humanity to book. If there is evidence justifying war crimes commited by Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmad al Bashir, now has never been more right than before for justice to prevail.
