Life with hearing loss

I am the founder and current president of ALDA in Maine, started in April 2006 as an all volunteer non profit about hearing loss.
We'd love to "hear from you" about your lives with hearing loss here, and time permitting, will try to get back here to answer questions. We'd love to include "hearing" people too! We are your family, neighbor, co-worker.
Feel free to join us and enter our own online discussion forum too (email for membership information, currently ten dollars per year). If you make a ten dollar contribution here, in change.org, we will enter you as a member also (if you tell us you are interested).
