Make Animal Torture Videos Illegal with a few exceptions-

My apologies for the photo-as many are against banning animal torture videos under Freedom of speech,   I feel it is important to show just a tiny fraction of what they seek to protect-a terrible perversion for those who take delight, and even sexual gratification, in watching animals getting tortured to death via media. The photo is just a mild example how these videos are including the screams of agony and dismemberment. These "crush kitten" videos were made in China, but they are being distributed all over America including internet sites.  The same videos also torture and kill puppies, ducks, etc. The sexual pervsion is called "paraphelia" - people download these and masturbate while watching them. Sick, isn't it. And the Supreme Court says this is okay fine.~~ 

Animal torture, "crush kitten," and "crush puppy" videos are becoming increasing popular across America.   Even children can access these sick materials simply by downloading them. It's not hard to find them on the internet-keep in mind it's legal to download and watch.  Adults download them, and can even show their children such materials. Keep in mind if a person is sick enough to watch these videos of torture for pleasure-chances are they will show them to their own children.  The Supreme Court say, okay fine. It's free speech. Please examine the damage it causes society:

According to FBI profiling, serial killers and violent criminals began by taking delight torturing and killing animals; the lack of conscience and watching a helpless victim scream in agony gives the individual a sense of power, control,  like they are God. They eventually grow tired of dogs, cats, and other animals and begin torturing and killing children and adults using identical methods as they did their animal victims. Virtually every serial killer in America has done just that.

Keep in mind when you allow videos of animal getting tortured to remain legal, children can easily down load them, desensitizing them; adults who take delight in animal cruelty show their children this sick media to do the same-is child abuse. (KEEP IN MIND ONLY A PERVERTED MIND WOULD VIEW THESE MATERIALS).  My question is, why is this okay fine??

Freedom of speech has its limits when it places a society in danger such as the ban on child pornography as it leads to violence of children. Films that exploit, torture, and kill animals for entertainment purposes also puts society in danger, for it is destructive inciting violent and antisocial behavior, thereby endangers our citizens: It perpetuates and spreads violence in America. Adults showing their own children these videos (since it's easy to access and legal) can do damage and lead to Antisocial Personality Disorders, which is child abuse. Why is this okay, fine with the Supreme Court? 

Teenagers are also curious about such materials will seek them out-and google it-and download these videos with ease. Why is this okay fine? -again, the issue leading to Antisocial Personality Disorder (see below article written by American Psychiatric Association).  Also note teenagers who access these materials may indeed lead to school violence due to the lack of conscience and desensitization and promotion of mental disorders among young people.

Just last year, 16,272 Americans were murdered in USA-in one year. 1,382,012 individuals suffered violent crime; 89,000 individuals were victims of forceful rape. Last year, 304,059,724 populated the United States and 11,149,927 were the victims of some forceful traumatizing and/or lethal crime.

"Authorities estimate that there are between 35-50 serial killers on the loose in the United States-and new reports of suspected killers are constantly surfacing all over the globe." According to an FBI Behavioral Unit study 85% of the world's serial killers are in America.

In short, there is nothing socially redeeming about "crush kitten/crush animal"  and animal torture videos when done for entertainment and financial purposes, which even any teenager or child can access. However, relating to educational or for political and sociological purposes, this should be the exception - such as speaking against, or educating the public about the realities of dog fighting or other animal torture and how it affects a society, such as the making of a violent criminal or serial killer; or general psychiatric, psychological, and sociological research and education.

Please institute a law making it illegal to show, broadcast, or transmit animal torture videos, especially crush animal fetishes, other than for educational purposes as cited above.

Please make America safer. Say NO to animal torture videos (with the outlined exceptions).  Please protect our children from this violence, and to ensure the mental hygiene of America.

18 U.S.C. § 48 : US Code - Section 48: Depiction of animal cruelty
(a) Creation, Sale, or Possession. - Whoever knowingly creates,
sells, or possesses a depiction of animal cruelty with the
intention of placing that depiction in interstate or foreign
commerce for commercial gain, shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
(b) Exception. - Subsection (a) does not apply to any depiction
that has serious religious, political, scientific, educational,
journalistic, historical, or artistic value.
(c) Definitions. - In this section -
(1) the term "depiction of animal cruelty" means any visual or
auditory depiction, including any photograph, motion-picture
film, video recording, electronic image, or sound recording of
conduct in which a living animal is intentionally maimed,
mutilated, tortured, wounded, or killed, if such conduct is
illegal under Federal law or the law of the State in which the
creation, sale, or possession takes place, regardless of whether
the maiming, mutilation, torture, wounding, or killing took place
in the State; and
(2) the term "State" means each of the several States, the
District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin
Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern
Mariana Islands, and any other commonwealth, territory, or
possession of the United States.

Remedy: INCLUDE NON-COMMERCIAL REASONS (commercial and non-commercial); include knowingly distribute in the USA, even if the media is made abroad.

NOTE:  A few years ago I reported to the FBI some porno site (actually many animal welfare advocates did) that had sick twisted animal torture, including crush kitten/crush puppy videos that any minor, child,  or adult sex pervert, can download. We tried to shut them down and it was unsuccessful.  They were ~never~ removed. These videos were originally made in China and many people in the USA have copied and posted on their own web pages in the USA for their own twisted, perverted reasons, which individuals (including minors) do search engines and download this media, perpetuating this sickness and violence.  This is so very WRONG! "YouTube" and other media sharing sites, has depictions of cats being burned alive, and OTHER animal torture,  which any child and pervert can watch and the people who uploaded it was done for malicious perverted purposes. This is SO WRONG!!!
