I cannot live without my one day a week for myself. I don't look at it as being selfish or non-productive. It is in these quiet times i get to reflect, plan, realize and recharge.

there always has to be time for personal reflection in solitude. often the only truth that can be learned is in solitude. it is an echo of Kahlil Gibran, who stated that he "must be away from the people in order to be close to them". read his his story, "The Tempest". it echoes my own life.
