Florida Media Only Want Freedom of Speech for THEMSELVES!
The Issue
Florida media outlets are as corrupt as Florida politicians. Below is an e-mail I sent this morning to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune (owned by the New York Times), requesting explanation as to why they refuse to post my comment (not the first time this has happened) on their website (as has also been the case with other Florida media outlets, particularly the St. Pete Times and Tampa Tribune, for which other petitions/actions will soon follow)

...& no surprise, SHT, for your lack of backbone&bandwagoning with the rest of FL's spineless media&corrupt politicians for collectively refusing to acknowledge the fact that due to the Court Reform-NOW efforts of myself&hundreds of other supporters, that we've successfully pressured FL "slawmakers" into reversing FL's 2004 unconstitutional legislation charging court fees to the indigent. You all are more concerned about snubbing me--a reflection on you, not me, than you are in honest journalism...oh that's right...the term "honest journalism" has become an oxymoron--&reporting to FL's millions of poor citizens that, now like the rest of the nation, their court fees can now be waived...& I'm sure, of course, FL's ultra-conservative wackos don't wish to draw attention to the fact that the 2004 unconstitutional law charging court fees to the indigent occurred under Jeb Bush's reign...my, my, my...what a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive.
