The President of the United States was awarded the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.

He has been a symbol of change. People all over the world feel empowered again.

The Nobel Peace Prize award further symbolizes to the world that the US is about change.

There is no greater act to confirm this with the world than for President Obama to exercise Eminent Domain or Compulsory Licensing over the NiMH battery patents currently owned by Chevron Corporation.

These videos show OWNERS that love their 100% electric cars (for past 12 years!) and recharge them with a single solar panel on their garage…

I want the choice of that life. Shouldn’t we all have that choice?

And what an example we will be for the world.

The NiMH battery technology will immediately position the United States as the world leader in cutting edge development of alternative energy and advanced transportation systems and will free us from foreign oil dependence. This technology is currently being used in the Toyota Prius and Camry hybrids, but limited to small capacity, this keeps us dependent on gasoline. Use of the large capacity batteries will free us from needing to use gasoline in our cars forever.

The affects of this act will reverberate well beyond the 350 ppm CO2 emissions policy changes being pushed for at the Copenhagen Climate Conference. It will symbolize a new day for advancement in all alternative energy technologies, a change in US foreign policy, and the end to corporate oil reign and wars based on oil energy reserves. Compensation to Chevron Corporation for this patent seizure will be a small price to pay for access to a safe, reliable comfortable, clean, proven vehicle technology that gives the world true freedom.

This one act will change the world in a minute.

Eminent Domain

Dear Representative

Dear President Obama,

Congratulations on being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. You have been a remarkable symbol of change. People all over the world feel empowered again thanks to you.

The Nobel Peace Prize award further symbolizes to the world that the US is about change. I cannot visualize any bigger act to confirm this with the world than for you to exercise Eminent Domain or Compulsory Licensing over the NiMH battery patents currently owned by Chevron. What better way is there to show the world the US is serious about international peace…fraternity between nations?

This act, by you, will open the gateways for alternative technology advancement as well as prove to the world that our interests are about individual country growth, and not the US exploiting nations for resources that only benefit our transportation system and corporate Oil finances.

I want every American, and everyone in the world, to be living in true freedom as discussed in Two Cents…living with a clear conscious from not polluting the environment, not exploiting other countries, not in wars to protect our oil interest. There is reliable, documented proof that the NiMH traction battery technology is the technology we need to make 100% Electric Vehicles a reality. No other type of battery is as powerful nor has been tested and found to perform beyond expectation like the NiMH batteries, plus, they are recyclable. There are videos showing families in California that  love their 100% electric cars (for past 12 years!) and recharge them with a single solar panel on their garage…I want the choice of that life. Isn’t this America? Shouldn’t we all have that choice? And what an example we will be for the world.
 
Please, President Obama, set the record straight. We do not need oil. We do not need any more wars and lost lives over oil. We have the technology, proven and still going strong for more than 12 years, the wrong corporation got a hold of it and buried it because it challenged their interests. Only you can exercise Eminent Domain or Compulsory Licensing over the NiMH traction battery patents. I cannot envision any greater act that will change the world in a minute.

Please, let us believe in the promise of you…the promise of change…the promise of giving America back to Americans and not corporations and all of their greed…the promise of a truly free world. I know Americans will support your action of exercising Eminent Domain or Compulsory Licensing. In addition, this act will strengthen people’s belief in the possibility of health care reform. If Big Oil can be disempowered, so can the pharmaceutical, the health care insurance and the AMA corporations! You said in your Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech that you were accepting it on behalf of “carrying on the momentum.”  There is no better time.

I cannot wait to live in an Oil Free World.  Thank you for you immediate action.
