Mission
Our mission is to train the next generation of Jewish, Muslim, Israeli, and Palestinian leaders using our unique conflict transformation methodology, thereby improving relations between these communities throughout the United States and beyond.
Programs
The Vision Program is a one-year fellowship for Jewish American, Palestinian American, Israeli, and Palestinian university students. Participants explore the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through comparative conflict analysis and group process.
Using the Balkan wars of the 1990s as a starting point, students embark on a four-week summer educational trip (from June through July) in Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Croatia (view map of summer program). In the immediately following academic year, participants engage in two weekend retreats, aimed to process their return to their lives and campuses after the summer, and organize and participate in campus and community presentations, which help participants to articulate their own voices as they relate to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
