General Fund
The African American Planning Commission (AAPCI) Inc., helps its clients develop, manage and sustain their lives through a host of advocacy and self-help programs once they transition out of shelter, poverty and homelessness. As people gain skills and confidence, AAPCI continues to carry on the work, multiply results and participate in coalitions advocating for broader change.
