New site for the Renee Steedley Residence
Published April 10, 2009 @ 05:18PM PT
Coming Soon.
The Renee Steedley Residence is AAPCI's response to addressing the need for new affordable housing in New York City. The residence will be designed to meet two needs of area residents. Half of the 40 unit residence will be designated with a preference for working families who also happen to be survivors of domestic violence. The second half of the residence will consist of apartments for regular working families who have been priced out of “market rate” housing in New York City.
